Hi,

I am using Total Commander Plugin to access Box.com

What is bothering me quite a bit that I need to re-login quite frequently (couple times per day) - insert the user password. It is quite annoying.

I am not sure what is causing this, maybe session timeout on Box.com side?

Does anyone know how to make the user session last longer?
Is this even configurable?

    Hi Lukas, 

    Welcome to the Box Community!

    The default session for Box users is set for 48 hours, and session duration settings apply only to the Box Web application.

    Any session duration limits set here do not apply to users accessing Box through any other Box endpoints (for example, Box mobile applications, Box desktop applications, m.box.com, Box Notes etc.).

    Since you are using a third party application, I would recommend to contact Total Commander Plugin help-desk team for further assistance on looking into this.
