I am having the same problem
Operationally it states that the Box FTP is working. However, i am unable to download more than one document at a time and need an entire folder to fulfill a legal request that is needed TODAY. Howe do we make this an URGENT fix? I've tried three browsers, two machines and a co-worker. The error is unspecified - just that there was an error and the process quits.

It appers that BOX is back to functioning as usual for me. Must have been just a hiccup... but I'm not sure of anyone else.
