Our Salesforce instance has been integrated with Box since very long, but its few days back that we've start seeing batch failures with a managed package 'Box for salesforce' , in which there's a class named BoxClientLog is failing with status Read Timed out, which can't be changed as its part of managed package.


Can you please suggest what's the troubleshoot for it.
