time limit of BOX account

I have a problem with my box account. Every 3 months I don't have access to some folders BOX or files that my colleagues share me.

    Welcome to the Box Community! 
     
    This is possible as there are sharing settings that may be enabled on the organization the owner of the collaborative folders shared to is part of that can auto-remove you from these shared folder. The admin may set enable and set expiration dates for invited collaborators of their managed users.

    You can set invited collaborators to be removed from shared folders or files automatically after a certain number of days.
