Box has eliminated resizing buttons for thumbnails. I need that feature for quickly scanning groups of documents. Customer chat referred to elimination of flexible thumbnail resizing as a "product enhancement". It's not. Customer service stated that browser window resizing makes the thumbnails bigger. That's not true, at least in Chrome. Even if it were true, it's much more convenient to resize thumbnails in whatever window size works for me. Maybe they think eliminating the plus and minus resizing buttons and the slider between them provides a less cluttered, more elegant look. I don't. This useful and needed feature should be restored ASAP.

This is to let you know that removing the resizing bar was by design with the new enhancements. Now we resize the grid cells dynamically based on the screen size.
Apologies for the current limitation and we understand the necessity of this feature.
At this time, this feature is subject for feature request and we recommend you post your idea on pulse.box.com for more visibility. Our product team reviews all submissions and will consider whether to include feedback in their product roadmap.

You DON'T "resize the grid cells dynamically based on the screen size." That's not working.
And ever if the claimed "dynamic resizing" were working, it's not enough. I might want to resize on a screen with multiple windows open.
