Hello!

We are experiencing multiple issues with ThreatLocker inhibiting or interrupting use of Box Drive. We are working with our MSP looking and trying to configure it to work correctly but have had no luck as of yet. Does anyone have experience in implementing or using ThreatLocker while also using Box Drive? Thank you in advance!

Hi, Yes, others have had similar issues with ThreatLocker blocking Box Drive or similar apps. Use Training Mode to allow necessary Box Drive processes, then review logs and create Ringfencing or allow policies.
