I am getting an issue on my browser when I try to access box url.


This site can't be reached.


ERR_CONNECTION_RESET


Any suggestion how to troubleshoot this issue?

To address your log in error, please try the following fix: 


  • Updating your browser to the latest version

  • Clearing your browser's cache

  • Using Box with an alternate browser, computer, or network. 

  • Temporarily disabling any internet security/firewall programs to test whether they conflict with Box (Note: you may need clearance or assistance from your organization’s IT department/helpdesk to do this)

  • Temporarily disabling any plugins/extensions in your browser

  • Removing unwanted extensions, plug-ins, ads, pop-ups & malware:

Actually, my issue is I am unable to access Box site in my browser.


Any suggestion, what can be cause of this issue?
