This error message usually comes up when the content associated with the Shared link has been deleted, or the link access was changed or disabled.

You'd want to contact the owner of this Shared link or your source of this link to request access to the link again.

I have recently started having the same issue as above.  I create the folder and drop the file inside the folder, then email the link.  I did not change anything or move the folder.  A handful of my invitees get the below message.  Does it matter which browser the recipient uses?

We have a link in a template we have been using for over 2 years, and all of a sudden people are now getting "This shared file or folder link has been removed or is unavailable to you." even though the info is in the same place.  The link was shared so that anyone who has the link can open it.  

Same problem here, even after receiving an email saying that someone wanted to share the folder with me and after confirming I am marked as Editor...

Also having the same issue. Has anyone found anything on this?

I'm getting this issue now too. The link has always been public and has always worked. Nothing in settings has changed. Please help 

How do I find who was the owner of publicly available box URL and now it is not working? Here is the URL. Please help ASAP. Files just cant go missing without any trace. Please share escalation matrix.
