Hello Box support team,
We have a process for sharing files with external parties that involves uploading the file to Box and creating a shared link with the following settings:
- Invited people only
- Disabled shared link on (7 days from today)
- Invite each email as Viewer
This process has worked successfully in most cases, but in the last week or two we've gotten a very high rate of external viewers seeing "This shared file or folder link has been removed or is unavailable to you". The files have not been moved, nor the access settings changed, after sharing the link with them. Clicking on the shared links also takes me directly to the file in question, so I'm confident the links are valid.
This is impacting a customer-facing process that directly impacts our revenue - can you help me troubleshoot why an external user would be unable to access the file?
