Hi Renée,

Welcome to Box Community and I'm here to help!

The maximum file size limit for uploads to Box varies depending on your account type:

  • Free personal: 250 MB
  • Starter: 2 GB
  • Business: 5 GB
  • Business Plus: 15 GB
  • Enterprise (and Digital Suites ): 50 GB
  • Enterprise Plus: 150 GB

Ok this is somewhat helpful but the problem is I am invited by an organisation who can at least upload files above 1 GB. When I upload the same files this did not use to be a problem but since a week or two I can't upload them anymore because the file apparently exceeds the maximum size limit. Others can however still add so how to solve this? I am logged in with the same account and have not changed anything.
