Hi,

An external third-party organisation is attempting to share a document with is via Box. The organisation and the user have been able to do this previously on several occasions, I have checked and the user still has 'Editor' permissions on the folder in question, but I have also sent a public file request link to them as an alternative.
They are still unable to upload the file or even an empty text file as a test.
On the third parties side they get the following message:

'Something went wrong with the upload. Please try again' 

Which they have to no avail. 
Please is someone able to assist with this?
