I often get this message when trying to open a pdf file from Bix Drive (desktop). I can open the file on the Box website, and I can open other file types OK. I am the owner of the Box account. I would appreciate help to resolve this.

We have seen this happen on other users if they are running an old version of PDF file reader (ex. Adobe reader) OR if the file path is too long and exceeds Windows path limit. Folder paths have a limit of 255 characters, if you noticed that the file path is too long, we recommend renaming and shortening the file name or move the file to a higher folder level to avoid running up against this limit.
