I created a new account via google account, and now trying to set my new password but "There was a problem changing your password." error pops up every time.
I tried to change the browser (Chrome, Edge, Firefox), and OS(Win, iOS) but the same error appeared.

Hi, Im having the same issue, I did clear my cache and change browser, still same error "There was a problem changing your password." I just created my account due to a sensitive information being shared to me, please help 360497915707
Having the same issue... so frustrating. I don't have an "old password" due to signing in with Google. When I attempt to add one to my account the system says It's can't... I need to access this folder in order to submit plans to the government... please help!
