I keep getting this banner when my PC starts (Windows 10):
There are open files that are preventing Box Drive from starting. Please close all applications and restart Box Drive. If the problem persists, please contact Box Support to further troubleshoot the issue.
I cannot find an open file anywhere - what is the best method of solving this problem.

Can you try restarting your PC and then restart Box Drive and see if that helps?
If the issue persists, please try to clean uninstall Box Drive from your computer and then re-install following these articles:

Thank you very much for your help. That appears to have cured my problem. Previously I had just gone to control panel and unistalled Box - I had not done (or known) about the other procedures.
