The usage of storage space in My Account is incorrect.

Regarding the usage of storage space managed by this account, Box shows 6.7 GB of storage space is being used even after deleting unnecessary files and keeping the total usage size under 10 MB.

I think this issue is the same issue as the following link.

"Box Support is able to run a script for specific end-users’ accounts to fix the data inaccuracy issues around user storage size, folder size, and file counts. "

I would like to contact Box Support, however I can't do it, thus I post this issue in this forum. Would you please help me resolve this issue?

Hello. I'm facing the same problem. I keep getting the same error message although I "theoretically" have 32 out of 50Gb available.

Could you please reset my storage count too?

The storage usage is incorrect in my account and I cannot submit a support request. Other options?
