I am unable to get onto box with the two factor authorization. It is not connecting with my phone so there is no authorization code provided to me, leaving me locked out. Could someone please help me take away the two factor authorization?
I also want to add that it’s for a different email than the email I used to log in to ask this question. since the two factor authorization also blocked me for asking for support here.

My colleague cannot sign into his account.
He was asked for an authentication code, which he does not receive.

Also another colleague is asked to enter by the verification email, which he does not receive either.
