The storage capacity not update

I am currently experiencing an issue with my storage usage on Box.com. Although I have deleted a significant amount of data, the storage capacity has not been updated accordingly and still shows the previous usage.

Could you please assist in checking and refreshing my storage status? If there are any additional steps required from my side, kindly let me know.
