The problem repeats itself. Incorrect total storage

The total amount of storage used in my account is not correct, please update my storage settings. I have no items in the trash.

    Glad that you've joined this forum. Great news! We've ran the script to correct your file and folder counts. To check log in to box.com> Account Settings> Used Storage. 

    Also, if you find inaccuracies to your storage count as shown, please let us know to help you fix it.
