After I login in the box on my computer, the page fail to load. Although I try to use different browser on different devices, it still.

Can you try the following initial troubleshooting tips to resolve this issue?

  • Try to clear cache and cookies for your browser. Here is an article that walks through how to do this on the different browsers that Box supports.
  • Try logging in to your Box Account using different browsers and see if it makes any difference when accessing Box.
  • Try disabling add-ons or extensions in your browser.

Hi, 

I am experiencing the same issue since yesterday. 

I have cleared the cache and cookies and also tried different browsers, I have also disabled extensions but the issue is still coming.

Please could you help ?
