My new job uses Box in an Outlook email group.
The work schedule is on an excel spreadsheet.
I want to click "open" to access the spreadsheet but it is grayed out.
Question
The option for "Open this file on your desktop" is grayed out for Excel and Word. Using Google Chrome.
