I embedded a video on my website following the instructions in the article below. However, on some devices, the video didn't appear, and instead, the login screen for Box was displayed. If there is a reason for this issue and a solution, please let me know.

It is more likely that the error screen mentioned above is appearing due to the login status of Box, rather than being device-dependent.
