Box was working fine on my mac for a long time but then lost connection. I was instructed to logout and log back in, which I was unable to do. I tried a hard reset, didn't work. I then uninstalled, emptied the trash, did a hard reset, tried to reinstall and now receive the following message. Thanks for any assistance you might provide.
