when I save a file I am working on to box only I can see them. My coworkers can to see the files I have created and saved or the updated files I have edited. Please help me with this issue. I am using a MAC.

If your colleagues are not seeing the files you have recently worked on or edited. Did you check if those impacted users have access to the file or folder?
If yes, are the impacted users accessing them in the Box website or in their local Box folder? For the latter, please ensure that the user is logged in to his/her Box for desktop application and connected to his/her network.
