The domain status.box.com is blocked due to a network filtering policy.

When I try to access Box.com on my Apple devices, I get the following error: The domain status.box.com is blocked due to a network filtering policy. My devices are not sharing the same Apple ID. I can't find anything in the Box.com help files that addresses this error. Does anyone know how to fix this?
