So first off, I'm being forced to submit a post, as no other options are present for me while logged in. Unless the community can log in and help us, it's pointless, but I guess that's the state of app support in today's IT environment.
My issue is that we have an account that was made under a team email by an employee who no longer works for our corporation. This team member opened up 2 factor authentication under their own phone number and authenticator app.
Unfortunately this means we can not access this Box account and it's now a potential security breach if our clients try to share data with that account.
We also have clients who are trying to tag the team email and share folders with the team email, and it's causing a lot of confusion since we can't access it.
What are our options?Can we request the deletion of this box account altogether, or be able to reset 2-factor authentication to be able to re-gain access.
We have access to the email, and can provide any necessary proof of ownership over this account.
