The App is authorised still getting an error saying :


The API returned an error code [400] unauthorized_client - This app is not authorized by the enterprise admin

May I confirm you followed this process to approve the application? Note - there are different tabs for JWT/CCG apps vs Oauth ones.

On my side - I don't see that the admin has followed the instructions at the link I shared earlier.


Yeah Please find the below APP, After doing all the configurational changes resubmitted the APP for Approval. 


Since a month its "pending for Authorization" and Dropped email to Admin but getting out of office response(box-admin+developer@apple.com).

So - Box doesn't control the custom application approval process. That is done in the individual instance's admin console. Someone at Apple would - probably your IT org. We have no visibility into the owner of box-admin+developer@apple.com


yeah thats the reason I am stuck here, connecting with org members still no luck.

Once the App gets approved the error which I am getting will be resolved ?

Correct. The error will no longer be there. Unfortunately, Box doesn't have a way to get you in contact with your own organization's IT department. Let us know if you get another error after the app is authorized.
