The amount of my storage does not become zero

and removed all the data in the trash.
But The amount of my storage does not become zero.
Why? Please tell me. I want to become zero quickley.

    Great news! I went ahead and fixed your storage count. To verify this, log in to box.com> Account Settings> Storage Used.
