The actual storage usage is about 1.5GB, but it shows that 9GB is being used
The actual storage usage is about 1.5GB, but it shows that 9GB is being used. Could you please fix it?

Great news! I went ahead and fixed your storage count. To verify this, log in to box.com> Account Settings> Storage Used.
