Keep getting this error: "The account this folder belongs to has run out of space."

 

I’ve upgraded my plan to unlimited storage, but that didn’t fix it. Files still won’t upload. Can anyone help?

I can see that your account has already been upgraded to a plan with unlimited storage. To help look into this further, I’ve gone ahead and submitted a support ticket on your behalf. Our Product Support team will be reaching out shortly to assist you via email.


In many cases, this type of issue occurs when the owner of the folder has reached their storage limit, which prevents additional files from being uploaded. If you’re not the folder owner, you may want to check with them to confirm their storage status.
