i created a new folder in my account and every time i try to upload, it shows me that account storage limit reached.
I checked my account in admin console and i have unlimited storage.
What's going on?

Looks like you don't own any contents in your Box account and instead I can see a shared folder. Note that the folder's storage allocation will vary according to its owner's storage limit. At this point, you may reach to the folder owner.
