Like magic almost.  The text is there for a split second, and then it's gone.  Tried multiple browsers.  Downloading the file shows the text just fine.  Is this a privacy setting that needs adjusting?

Hi 360497915707, I am facing the same issue. I have cleared browser's cache and cookies but the issue still persists. When opening some documents, the text is there for a second and then slowly fades away.


I have a similar issue with a W9 form; I can see the text in the Box preview but when I download and open in Acrobat the text I entered has disappeared. This is recent as I sent my W9 without issue a month ago.
