Hello, my team member is logged into my Box account, but when she goes to one of our google sheets, Google asks her to sign up, but she never gets into Google. She is brought back to the sign in page each time she logs in (And she's already logged in). She has cleared cookies, caches, browsing data for "all time". Google support isn't showing us how to get her from a box account to the google sheet - so I'm here in Box support!
From my end, the google sheet IS shared with her gmail account!
