Hello! My whole team has received multiple invites to edit a folder, and after not being able to see it at all, we can now VIEW but not edit. The owner of the folder has shared with us a screenshot showing everyone as Editor. 


I've tried on a different browser, we've received over 8 invites by now..what else can we do? It is obvious that the owner has set the right permission. Is there something on our end that we need to fix? I saw somewhere online something about a firewall?

May I know how or where are you opening the shared file? (is it in Office Online, Box Drive, Box for Office, or Box Edit?) 


Here are some troubleshooting steps to try:


1. Make sure that the browser is up to date
2. Clear the browsing history or try a different browser
3. Temporary disable plugins/extensions, firewall, and VPN
4. Check if your firewall is configured for Box apps
5. Try to connect to a different network
