Tasks

I can't seem to make sense of the directions for using Box to create and manage tasks. In support (https://support.box.com/hc/en-us/articles/360043695954-Adding-Comments-and-Tasks) it says to 

1. Click a file's name to open it in preview.
2. In the Activity sidebar, click Add Task and select Approval Task.

Where is the Activity sidebar? It says that it is on the right, but I can't find it. I can't find anything when I am in a note that says Add Task. Any guidance is appreciated.
