Welcome to the Box Community!

We would like to clarify if are you having this issue when working on on a Word or Microsoft file?

If so, this question would be more appropriate to raise to Microsoft support as they own this functionality and Box merely interacts with Office apps by housing the file, sending it off to Microsoft's service, and receiving the changes back from Microsoft's service.
