My box sign template is working great, but I didn't pay attention to the order in which I added fields. Now pressing enter in the first field takes me to the next field I added, which is way down the page. Is there a way to change tab order of fields, without starting over and being more careful about the order in which I add fields?
Hello Mary,
If you are talking about "Tab" navigation when signer signs a document, then there is an improvement that has already been completed and should be live within a week or two.
Tab/Next navigation will always follow the visual order of the fields when the improvement is live.
Thank you
By tab order i mean - in most forms, the user can tab from one field to the next.
Another way it works is when the user completes a blank and hits enter, they also go to the next box in the tab order.
Right now, because I didn't add the fields in order to my box sign template, the cursor jumps from the first field, way down the page, to the 2nd field I created (not the field next to the first one).
It sounds like your new fix will handle the issue, but until then, there is no way to change the order without revising the form.
Hello Mary,
The issue was resolved, now Tab/Next navigation follows the visual order of fields.
Hello,
I'm not sure this has been resolved.
Like Mary, I created the text fields out of order, and now the Box Sign Template "tabs through" in the order in which they were made... sending the recipient all over the doc. I will have to delete and add new text fields.

Hello, Amanda
Thanks for your feedback.
There was a very recent update, may I ask you to try it again? We are expecting you not to face the same problem, so please let us know otherwise.
Thank you
