I'm on MacOSX 10.13.6. I downloaded Box Drive and installed the .pkg
I can't start the app and in System Preferences, clicking on "Allow" doesn't do anything (lock pad is unlocked)
Any help?

It looks like you are using an older version of macOS that Box supports.
Box supports the two most recent major releases of macOS as stated in this article. If you are experiencing issues, please try updating your browser or OS to the latest version.
