Followed instructions and restarted, still no option to complete installation? It doesn't even show up under privacy settings in system preferences. There's very incomplete directions for how to troubleshoot this issue??

Can you confirm if your Mac is running on Apple’s New M1 Chip?
If yes, at the moment, Box Drive is not yet supported on Apple devices running on the M1 chipset. This has been updated to our Known Product Issues article.
A Beta version will be rolled out to enrolled Enterprise customers in phases. You contact your Box Account Team for information regarding the Beta.
In the meantime, you can access your Box content on Apple Silicon devices via the Box web application by logging into (https://app.box.com).
