I have been using the Synology Cloud Sync to sync files on my NAS to Box. This is a very important issue for us as it is how we give employees remote access to files. Files on the NAS sync to Box, and then our employees can access them anytime, anywhere. Well, now the Box API is not permitting authentication giving a 403 error. If I can't get this fixed quickly I am going to have to dump Box as my employees up to date access.
And it does not seem that Box customer service chat is working. When I click on it, nothing happens.
There have been reports that access to Cloud sync was available in Japan until April 28th in Japan time, but on May 1st, access became unavailable due to a 403 error. Is there an issue occurring?
I am experiencing the same problem with Synology NAS Cloud Sync and Box.
I submitted a ticket this morning (EST) & provided them the following information:

A little more info. This is a disaster recovery unit. My office Synology is DS 918+ running DSM 7.1.1 update 5 - which is syncing with Box fine. My DS 1515 is close to 10 years old - but the Info I'm up-to-date on DSM - a bit of a worry.
I believe this is an issue with the latest Synology updates. I have an older Synology 416+ Play that I have not yet updated to the latest DM version and the Box Cloud Sync authenticated. When running the latest 7.1 version on a 1522+ I get the 403 forbidden message. I installed the 7.2 RC on the 1522+ hoping it would fix it, but I get the same message.

Yes, patched.
Had a problem with Chrome since clearing cache didn't solve it.
I used Edge instead, that worked.
