Hi,


One of our folders sporadically doesn't sync some of the sub folders in it.  Thought sub folders automatically synced?  They used to anyway. 


Does anyone know if we can set it to always sync?  Appreciate any help!

Welcome to Box Community! 


Are you using Box Sync to sync your folders into your machine? If yes, you might need to investigate if your folders have been marked to sync correctly. 



Note: If you have content that appears in Box but is not appearing locally, the parent folder may be partially synced.

When a parent folder is partially synced (hovering over folder icon displays the This item is partially synced status), new subfolders or files created within this parent folder will not be marked for Sync automatically. To fully sync a partially synced folder, you must unsync the partially synced folder, then sync it again.
