Syncing issues we've been experiencing with Box

There have been significant syncing delays. 2 different users updated the same folder with 2 separate files and browser and explorer versions didn't sync for over 15min.
 
Renaming files takes several attempts as well.
 
When saving from Word to PDF, the PDF files disappear for a bit. Even hitting the "sync" button doesn’t seem to bring them back immediately. They usually reappear after about five to seven minutes.

This is not the solution. All users have BoxDrive. Regardless of using BoxDrive or the browser, syncing issues are still occurring.

The syncing delays you're experiencing suggest issues with the file sync client or cloud service performance. Delayed updates, disappearing PDFs, and renaming glitches indicate possible caching or connectivity problems. Try restarting the sync client, checking for updates, or clearing cache to improve responsiveness across browser and Explorer views.
