Hello,
I gave my collegue at work the link so she could work on some of my files in Box.com.
She uses her own email adress of box.com.
But when she works on the files. My files on my computer aren't updated, and the other way around.
What am I doing wrong?
I've installed the desktop app of box.

How did you shared the file to your colleague? Is it through shared link or collaboration invite? If it's the latter, can I confirm your collaborator's permission to the file?
Also, are you both using Box Drive or Box Sync?
