Synchronisation with iPad

I use box for quit a long time, on desktop, laptop, iphone and ipad. Since recently I have trouble with opening files on my iPad. I get several error-reports: “ No internet connection”, “No permission to open file”. Every map I try to pen says:” No internet”. Internet is working fine. Box  cannot synchronise or save one specific Map.

Welcome to Box Community, and we’re going to help resolve your error while opening the file from your iPad. 

 

To start troubleshooting, we have a couple of quick questions. 

  • Has it ever worked before? 
  • Are you experiencing this error when accessing each Box file in your iPad, or just select Box files? 
  • Using your iPad, could you launch your browser and log in to the Box website? Once logged, try opening the file and see if the same error will occur. 

Next, please try these troubleshooting steps: 

  • Try switching networks if this would resolve your issue.
  • Log out and log in from your Box for iOS. 
  • Uninstall and reinstall your Box for iOS.
