My synced folders suddenly seem disconnected and the folder renamed itself to "Box-Box" and I can't download the files from BOX.com, but I can't export to an external drive bc it says they need to be downloaded first. I can't open any of my files in my design programs, and there's a clear disconnect from what's on my computer vs. what's on BOX.com, I don't even know where to start.
