Sync to desktop (two step verification is not working)

Hi, I am attempting to sync Box to my desktop.  I am getting a two step verification step and the four digit code is being sent to my cell phone but it's not coming through.  I have double checked my settings to make sure the number is right but the text isn't coming to me.  Please help
