Sync issues

I had to bring computer in for service and upon doing so something has gone wrong with box. I called my Mac dealer and they helped me with some issues, we had to remove box and reinstall but now we are trying to get the files on the computer. It is taking forever to synch them, it just shows empty folders. Can anyone help, this is super frustrating when we need to access our server which is now backed up on box.com online.

    I finally have the files and folders, Some that is, it isn't syncing anything after our August 17th paper. When I try to get it to sync I get a pop up of issue:

    Box Drive has encountered a problem that requires you to manually reset Box Drive.

    I have followed the directions and I cannot get it to reset, keeps getting the same box popping up and box icon on top righthand menu, is faded, it's like it isn't working
