Hello, one of the mac devices in the office can't see the file that others have uploaded. Other devices can see the file, but the one can't find it. She always needs to logout and login the account. Can you please directly see what is happening on the PC?

Hello, the sync issue was suddenly resolved.


Was there any issue at Box side? This sync issue happens every several months, actually. It resolves by itself in weeks, without us doing anything. What do you think causes this problem. We always have a hard time with this sync problem.
