Sync folders/files failed, documents missing

Hi, I have saved some files onto my local folder while I cannot see these files on the web box and my team member cannot see it at their Box. Can you help? Thanks.

I removed BOX sync and installed BOX DRIVE but now many of the most files are missing and I can't find them.

Where are they put?
