Sync errors are preventing the loading of new records, and there are so many, I'm not sure which records were already loaded in contrast to the specific sync errors. I need close in support. Is that possible? 1:1?

I'm using Box.com and I have an iPhone that I loaded box from the Apple Store, I think its V 5.25.0 (24921). I can't pull photos from the iphone into Box, by using Box.
