Hello everyone,
I currently have a free Box Drive plan that I use on a daily basis. If I purchase the subscription plan with 10 file versions (Personal Pro), will the versioning start from the day of purchase? or once purchased will I already see the old versions of the files that I have used up to that moment?

Please be advised that Version history is not retroactive. This means that versions created prior to upgrading will not appear for the user. Only versions created after the upgrade will be available to you.
